Very light, well cushioned and for once my back didn’t ache! Attention if you suffer from swollen feet/ankles or lymphatic issues. With a slight modification these sandals will work for you so don’t return them if you think they don’t fit your swollen feet. Just supaglu a strip of Velcro hooks to give you additional strapping over your swollen feet. I used black Velcro in this case. I have done this before and it has lasted years but very hard these days to find sandals that the strapping length.
