What information do we collect?

Sensitive information: A subset of personal information that is granted a higher level of protection. We don't proactively request sensitive information. If at any time we need to collect sensitive information, unless otherwise permitted by law, we will ask your consent and only use it as required/authorised by law.

Overseas disclosure:

We store personal information in Australia. When we disclose your information to the third parties they may store, transfer or access personal information outside of Australia.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We are committed to security but we can't guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet. 

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text files placed in your computer's browser to store preferences. Cookies do not tell us your email address or other personally information. They do however recognise you when you return to our  website and allow third parties, such as Google and Meta, to cause our advertisements to appear on your social media and online feeds as part of retargeting activities. You can block cookies via settings in your browser. Our website may contain links to other websites. We do not have control over those websites,  we are not responsible for personal information you provide to those websites. Those websites are not governed by this policy.

Personal information from social network accounts

If you connect your account with us to a social network account, such as Google, we will collect your personal information from that network. We do this in accordance with privacy settings you chose on that network.

The personal information we receive may include your name, ID, user name, alias, profile picture, gender, age, language, friends and followers lists and any other  information you choose to share. We use the information we receive from the social network to create a profile for you on our website. If you agree, we may also use your information to give you updates on the social network which might interest you. We will not post to your social network without your permission.
