If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your product for a refund or replacement, you have the right to return your product to us in original condition within 30 days from the date you receive the parcel.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Alternatively, you may post the return to us at the address below, including a copy of your order number, your contact details, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or replacement/exchange.
We will bear the cost of the return if the product is faulty or damaged on arrival or becomes faulty during the reasonable warranty period. You will bear the cost of the return when the product is not faulty or damaged and it is being returned due to due to change of mind.
Return labels are not provided by us. Simply clearly label the outside of the return parcel with our address (below), and include inside the parcel your name, email address, phone number, original delivery address, the order number, and a brief description of the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
