REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We happily accept returns for refund or replacement under our 30-Day Return Policy (from the date you receive your parcel).
To organise a refund or replacement, please contact us withing 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel via the contact details below.
Alternatively, you may post the return to us at the address below, including a copy of your order number, your contact details, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or replacement/exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, email address, full name, address used for the delivery)
- Products that are returned due to change of mind, after significant wear and tear or usage will be deemed used and a partial refund of 75% of the purchase price will be processed.
- Postage and handling are not refundable.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch you will be eligible for a refund in full, including postage and handling. Contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel an order so we can intercept it before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order is damaged on arrival, you are entitled to a full refund, for the value of the goods, and the postage and handling. Please contact us immediately if you receive a parcel that arrives damaged.
WARRANTY
We warrant the quality of our goods, so they are fit for purpose over a reasonable period.
If your goods become faulty during normal use, you are entitled to return the goods to us for a refund or replacement (excluding postage and handling). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
