Shipping Policy 

You can select from two delivery services at checkout.

STANDARD DELIVERY

• Flat rate of $9.95 including GST.
• 2-8 business days transit time (Australia wide)
• Australia Post eParcel Safe-Drop Service. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

• Flat rate of $17.95 including GST.
• 1-4 business days transit time (Australia wide)
• Australia Post Express Post Service.

FREE DELIVERY

• Applies to orders over $100
• 2-8 business days transit time (Australia wide)
• Australia Post eParcel Safe-Drop Service.

Both delivery services are provided by Australia Post. If you are not home, the delivery person will hide the parcel in a safe place and you will receive a notification from Australia Post. We can not influence delivery once it has been despatched from our warehouse.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES (FROM OUR SYDNEY WAREHOUSE) 

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday: Same day despatch.

Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Thursday: Next day despatch.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday: Next business day despatch (Monday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays: Next business day despatch.  

Orders placed during our Christmas shutdown period (Dec 25 to Jan 1), are despatched on January 2.
