30-Day Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Our normal return period is 30 days from the date you receive your parcel.
Terms and Conditions:
- items must be returned in new condition.
- proof of purchase is required.
- refunds are applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned.
- refunds for online orders take up to 3 business days for the payment to be processed.
- Online orders can be returned and exchanged.
- NOTE: Product must be in brand-new condition to receive a full refund or exchange of size. Always test-fit your shoes indoors, walking on carpets and rugs.
- Footwear indicating outdoor wear to the soles are deemed as soiled and a partial refund of 75% of the purchase price will be processed. Exchange for alternative size will be charged at full price on a separate transaction.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
How long do I have to return or exchange a purchase?

Warranty Periods
What is the standard warranty period on non-electrical item(s)?
Any product that is faulty or not of acceptable quality may be entitled to an exchange or refund under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.
Please Note: These consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
